    Bug Reports v2.0 (READ OP BEFORE POSTING!!)

    Apparently Tailwind Giratina is not allowed under the VGC 2016 format, but I think it's supposed to be legal now? See screenshot: http://imgur.com/xPNBaQ2 This also occurs with Magic Coat. Both of these moves are taught via move tutor in origin-forme. Maybe this is why they aren't showing up?
