I update my windows to windows Ultimate 7 and now i got this message "Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component." and "(Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070425)" My hosted net and wireless are enabled. pls help

Hello im have this problem: every time I try to run the Instacheck always say "The method or operation is not implemented." Im using a laptop Acer Aspire 4352 My Hosted Network is on Pls Help
