Blissey fits in almost every team. You could give Gardevoir HP fighting as safeguard wouldn't be that useful once you've set up.

lol 116000+%. Utility pokemon are underrated IMO.

This Draggy is actually an unreliable Bliss fisher. Sure FP hits it hard but at 89 max Bliss can still fire off a IBeam which I think is enough to KO Draggy. Plus FP is hard to use against a good battler who will be expecting it(who doesn't expect FP on Draggy?)

Pretty good on paper but I think I prefer without LO as SD should make up for the lost power.

I found out about Smogon through Shoddybattle. When you log on it says "this is not the place for discussing the tiers of Smogon" or something like that I googled smogon and arrived here.
