Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
I caught an Adamant Kangaskhan in the safari zone today. Man I'm lucky.
But yeah, it can learn Earthquake, Outrage, and Sucker Punch. Mines going to pubstomp lance so hard.
Yeah I managed to take care of her in a similar fashion.
My Persian has Dig, so I got rid of her Magnimite's. I screeched her Steelix 2 times and then my Furret rock smashed it, so its defense went to -6. After furret fainted i revived Persian and used Dig two times and that was it.
Yeah I'm loving the Togekiss recommendations now because I've checked it's glorious move pool.
P.S: If you wanted to do an Electric run of DPPt, I have two words.
Cynthia's Garchomp.
I'm starting to think of a rock type team all of a sudden for Kanto...
Kabutops
Graveler
Onix
Aerodactyl
Rhydon
o.o its so tempting but I'm still busy with my SS Normal Run
I was in the Safari Zone (SoulSilver) and I came across a shiny Magneton.
I was running around my house like YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH
And then it ran away.
I felt like yelling FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUK
I managed to get past my Rival at Azalea Town by using Foresight & Quick Attack with Furret. Since I'm not picking up the Raticate I was lucky that I never got rid of Foresight from the start.
It could serve to be pretty useful now that I think about it. Although, I wouldn't go around headbutting trees until I found an Aipom. I'm going to use Persian because A) It's easier to find and B) Pay Day money to pull me through. I'm going to need some X Items and a few Proteins and such for...
Yeah, it's always been in my mind considering it was OU the first generation and kept to it's functions in Johto. But I'm not sure because it seems like a lead that doesn't help the team and only dishes out damage.
Route 43 & 48, near Mahogony Town.
I have two different plans in mind.
A) Use Furret's Surf to beat morty and then pick up Girafarig
B) Walk through the mountain to see if I can make my way over there (I think I can)
Theres a Shiny Stone in National Park lying on the ground somewhere, meaning a Togekiss could come as soon as I wanted. I'd love to pick up Pidgeot, but I gave Fearow a chance already and I've seen the only thing its good for is Fly and small damage moves. A Noctowl would be more preferable to...
I think the Togekiss will be enough, the Porygon-Z doesn't feel too necessary (although it really is an amazing Pokemon). I just think a full normal type team has too many fragile Pokemon and the Togekiss can partially make up for that.
