I think this tier benefits Pokemon that are extremely bulky. Registeel and Uxie are going to become super offensive. Physically Defensive Regular Hoopa? Base 135 SPA Blissey Hey? Scarf or Trick Room Sweeper XD Chomp is now a real physical wall with rocky helm and rough skin
