Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.

The only way to get beat up on whimsicott is to breed from someone in the Shiftry line through a Weavile, right?
Basically what's the best way to go about seeing a Shiftry/Nuzleaf/Seedot so I can maybe search for one on the GTS. Can anyone help me out?
Sort of a simple EV question--
say I fully EV train a pokemon as it's level ~45, level it up to 51 and set it aside to be used for the VGC. From what I (think I) know about EVs, I wouldn't have seen the full effect of my EV training yet, right?

"Moves that already have a flinch chance in the above list do gain an additional chance to flinch when the user holds Razor Fang."
But if I'm just being stubborn I'll let it go
Maybe I'm misreading things but the Smogon page and the Bulbapedia page for King's Rock/Razor Fang lists Air Slash as a move that receives a boost from those held items.
Aura Sphere, the other common move on the paraflinch moveset, is also listed as receiving a boost. That could help I suppose.
Do people think King's Rock is a good choice for a held item on Paraflinch Togekiss?
It seems practical to me; since Roost is on the moveset to give some HP recovery, instead of leftovers; but the Smogon article doesn't recommend it.
Any thoughts or am I missing out on exactly what King's Rock...
