hmm i need to Number so i can download the Correct Map Pack which will work on your Mexican PS3 for example on my One it says BLES-093 , your will be Obviously different because of the Region. And it's Absolutely Free , if you Would have watched that Video :)

Basiccally , I have the Map Pack , and if i give you my PS3 login Details and everything , you create a new User and give in my Login Details. Then you can go Playstation Store and Download the Map Pack for free . Lemme link you to a Youtube Vedio to Make it Clearer...
