"a Pokemon making contact with this Pokemon" is saying that any Pokemon that makes contact with a Flame Body user has a 30% chance to be burned, which is correct. compare this to something like Poison Point, which says "This Pokemon's contact moves have a 30% chance of poisoning."

i believe you have clicked the tera button for meowscarada, when it has not terastalized

some things to maybe try: clear cookies (back up teams first lol) load up into random battles check your wifi speed re-connect to your wifi try a different computer (if you have access to one) try multiple different formats (not gen 9)

what error message comes up when you play gen8ou for example?

im not an expert on this subject but i think this is simply failing because showdex has not been updated for gen 9 yet! i also get this error any time i load into a gen 9 game, and as Keith said it will be fixed soon..? (i could be wrong tho!!)
