Wait what?? hp water does a measly 20-35% to an avg ninetales. while ninetales can fry roserade with fireblast. leaf storm gets a bit over 60% on the usual ttar.

No offense but i have never encountered a gastro with rain dance.And have you actually tried using surf against gastrodon ? I suggest you try it. cuz it doesnt work.Its because of his ability "Storm drain," and i doubt quaggy gets ohkoed by a surf .but it can surely ohko with earthquake.Just...
