    I'm trying to EV train a Impished natured Tangela in Hit Points, but after battling at least 20 Bidoof, and leveling up, its Hit Points only grew it's usual +3. When I was training EV training a Gentle Solrock for Hit Points against Bidoof it would get +9 to its HP. I know I haven't maxed out...
