I can easily vouch for Weezing to be a higher than D. It pairs naturally with M-Ampharos due to their nice type combination and Wish support, allowing it to have some nice options of recovery when needed. Steel/Poison typing + Levitate is actually damn fantastic, as sure it loses that fighting...
