i would think it depends on what set it's running and what tier you are playing in, but i can only guess that you're thinking of a SDPass Leafeon. the threats it outruns are the obvious physical walls/tanks who resist all of its attacks like Skarmory, Bronzong, Forretress, non-Scarf Scizor...

i actually have been using specslicky for months. i got one with almost perfect ivs, so i had to do something with its modest nature. =/

yeah i only see potential in it for light screen. it could probably operate taunt and thunderwave very well as well.

actually, i use a sub-defensive scarf mence, but only combined with aggron. they seem to cover eachother's weakness quite well, and ice punch on aggron comes in handy.

intimidate may give it a edge against physical pokes, but that's besides the fact that Stealth Rock is not its friend.
