What would be a good team with Curselax?

Also what 3 Poke Team for BT would be good with Curselax. Thanks for the Info Carl*.. I do like Speed and I have noticed with a lot of the Teams people have posted they have quick Killers...Gengars, Garchomp, Lucario, Latios & Latias, etc. I notice a lot of the Teams have a Poke that screws...

I was wondering...How useful would Curselax be for the Battle Tower...I Fought one in the Battle Tower and it was a pain to kill... I used Blissey and Toxic poisoned it to death...I kept using Counter so that Return wouldn't hit me. I slipped up and hit Seismic Toss on Accident and Snorlax...

Yeah Level 50...So should I rare Candy My Pokes to Level 100?? It wouldn't matter right in BT if they are 100 because It automatically makes your pokemon back to level 50...Do you get more of a boost in Stats if you have Level100 Pokes and enter them in the battle tower?

Sorry could someone move this thread? I am just trying to get a few more tips. I don't think I use Blisseys full Potential and Why give Blissey Seismic Toss it was a pain to get on him...Whenever I use Seismic Toss it doesn't seem to do much damage to the opponents pokes.
