Does the team need to feature OU mons? I think it could be competitive in OU but I'm happy to post elsewhere if it's more appropriate! If you replace Latios with Ferrothorn as someone else suggested you could run Rapid Spin on it. Or, instead of Scorching Sands/Roost you could do Earthquake/Wisp.

I've been playing Pokemon since Red and Blue came out. But it wasn't until SM (and hyper training/EV training shortcuts) that I even thought about competitive and started a love affair with the trick room mechanic... but every team I built around it kept getting demolished. So I started lurking...
