I was looking at some of the swift swim sweepers and wondering what the viability of manual rain teams are in the current meta. What would be a good approach to making a manual rain team, some of the best sets, strengths weaknesses etc?

I do like the idea of gyarados lead because he can fill many of the roles that Mence, did (intimidate, EQ user, physical sweeper) but also have access to taunt so thanx for that suggestion. If I use aromatherapy on Blissey that would make wish an illegal combination wouldnt it? I guess that...
