Great write-up, whinging nitpick that Ogerpon can inherit any legal set with any of its masks. Pokemon cannot inherit the various masked sets, and Hearthflame often ran its native kit, but otherwise correct.

Psychic Noise doesn't block Regenerator. Edit: Well this looks weird now. This OM needs some sort of Ability Clause, or action on Regenerator.

Tidy Up has always felt like a really mediocre boosting option. Defog will at least clear Screens, but TU doesn't, so you end up losing chip on switch-ins while opponents maintain (weakened, RIP in piss, Light Clay) defensive postures.

When you say Conk cannot self-set Trick Room, do you mean it doesn't have room for it?

Double priority on Breloom is pushing it a little bit. Replacing Shadow Sneak with Bullet Seed will let Breloom hit much harder. Your team is about to lose a bunch of Tera coverage, so reexamining coverage moves on given mons should also help. I'd replace Tinkaton with something else to resist...
