    I've battled you at least once and that Butterfree a few times, and it has no chance against Scarf Jirachi. If you save it for later, it's good, but leaving it in and watching it die is a waste :)

    Togetic's EVs aren't efficient. You will want max HP on it and then worry about the defenses.

    Gengar has 252 Atk EVs. Put those in SAtk.

    96 HP / 252 Spd / 160 SDef gives Tentacruel better defenses overall. And please don't use Confuse Ray. People will get mad at you for using haxing moves.

    With your Kingdra setup, you have 289 Atk. Go with Adamant, 180 HP/164 Atk/164 Spd for 4 extra Atk and the same in everything else.
