Couple minor things, but I would definitely switch Outrage on Landorus. Stone Edge is a OHKO on Latios 100% of the time I believe. But I really don't know what else to put there. Maybe make him Naive and give him Grass Knot, or an HP. Also I'd switch the Air Balloon for Life Orb and X-Scissor...

If you aren't done breeding you should throw Curse on there too. Curse/Waterfall/Earthquake/Avalanche is what I used on my offensive Swampert. But to answer your question I'd go with Avalanche. Fighting and Ground get fairly redundant coverage.

I think they specifically designed this so it CAN'T be abused like that. Really makes you wonder why they came up with it in the first place.
