With Lucario, i would use HP Ice over fire reasons hits dragons alot better, Flying, Grass and Ground. The rest of him looks fine. Slowbro seems fine to me, with Flygon i would change it's nature to Jolly and use 252 evs in speed and attack also flamethrower might have some use on its moveset...

On Swampert i would have to say Hydro Pump is another move to consider over Surf, reasons being for the power, since Mixpert aren't all that powerfull. But obvisley is accuracy is a problem. Lucario seems fine to me, tho on Skarmory i would use Brave Bird over Drill peck, basically for power...
