I just realized the Garchomp I've been running in OU ranked on Pokemon Showdown has Sand Veil. Is this a bug in Pokemon Showdown, does evasion clause allow Sand Veil but remove the evasion from it, or is this page wrong when it says Sand Veil is banned in OU?

I always find myself going to bulbapedia to look at what elements a pokemon is weak to. I guess people better than me have the type information memorized and can figure out the pokemon's weaknesses from looking at the types, but I'm kind of noob and I can't remember whether dragon resists grass...
