I'd Put Scarf over Specs on your Rotom, because you don't really have a revenge killer for DD Gyara,because given a chance, that thing would rip through your team. If you don't want to do that, change Hitmontop for the simple Technitop scheme (similar to yours) TechniTop Life Orb / Leftovers...
