For the double strategy why not use a decoy Driftlim to pass the sub while the other poke (slower than Drifblim) use the crit attack on primeape as he comes in behind the sub? It's a bit longer to set up but the strategy is less obvious.

There will be Tyranitar and Scizor who both outspeed him and can threaten him with a powerful Pursuit.

With Poison Heal, he might be a good counter to Breloom: he can come in on Spore, Seed Bomb or a resisted Focus Punch and OHKO him with an Aerial Ace or maybe even Ice Fang.
