I think you should split the Sp.def EV's between both AKA giving both Def and Sp.def 126 EV's each, but your good on the Attack.

Being also new to VGC i think it could work well with some pokemon changes and what not but overall its not bad, i think it would be better having more of an EV spread with Slaking's Sp.def and Def to make it more of a tank.
