If you do decide to remove Dugtrio, might I suggest Admant LO Medicham as something try out? Factoring in Pure Power and Life Orb, it's max Attack stat is 624, so it's something I always think of for a team with an Agility Passer. It's fragile, though, so it could be hard to BP to it safely...
