I've heard the exact opposite, numerous times--that his stats are lowered because of Slow Start, and that, if Slow Start is removed, they'd stay lowered. Is it possible that I'm wrong? Of course, and I haven't tried if myself. But I have heard it many, many times, from many different sources.

On Pokemon Battle Revolution? That might work fine. But IIRC--unless something's been changed on Platinum--for the handhelds, Skill Swap won't remove Regigigas' Slow Start, but will rather keep it on him permanently.

With something like this, you have to think realistically. Nintendo is a business. Their goal is to make a profit. That does not mean this is impossible. My advice? Start researching it. Look into what the Wii can support, make projections of the time and money that would be required to...
