Depends on your set. As I see, if you run Draining Kiss/Leech Seed, then Big Root will help you more. But not all sets will be consistenly healing every single turn (like Calm Mind, Taunt/Aromatherapy, Dazzling Gleam), so for those Leftovers will heal more consistenly while you do something else...
