How about Dragapult with this setup? Dragapult @ Choice Specs Ability: Infiltrator EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Timid Nature - Draco Meteor - Shadow Ball - Fire Blast - U-Turn Can replace Cinderace and outspeed Choice Scarf Dracovish And Washtom can be swapped for Toad as well

I could see how Seismitoad can help out with the issues my team have. And if Wish support is what can help it, would it make a big difference if I were to make Clefable more of a Utility instead of a Life Orb user?
