I never really liked the argument that because something has been in the tier for so long it means it shouldn't be banned. That said, there are other better arguments for Dug's stay in the tier.

I would suggest to either avoid mixmence fireblast 2HKO after a spike or avoid +atk mence eq 2HKO. Otherwise its just general bulk, also make it faster than most Pert/Bliss (150-151 spe minimum), it takes like about 60 EVs
