Soo I've been RNG abusing Oak's Charmander for the past few days. I hit my delay twice. My target frame is 137. So to what frame number do I advance to then stop? The first try, I called upto 131 but then my Charmander that I got was on frame 136. The second time, I advanced upto frame 132, but...

So everything I RNG abused so far has a starting frame of one. But I hear Oak's starters have a starting frame of 5. So my advancements that I have to do if the target frame is 140 is 140-1-5=134 right? And then Mash A so that the NPC doesn't move @.@

Well, I miss the fact that when we caught Pokemon, chose our starters, there was no nature to worry about, or their IVs, and no need to toss the first one you got because it had crappy stats. When we started and played the game, there was also no need of worrying what EV's the Pokemon will...

I have a question about Method 1. Next to the Elm calls for each frame on the RNG reporter, it lists a time, whats that time used for? Should I pay attention to that time when I RNG abuse? I'm going for ES Dratini so I'm curious. Oh, and when I RNG abused Ho-oh, the Elm calls worked on top...
