Put in Skarmory over Forretress, just the standard spiker set, can help phaze anything setting up on you and make metagross go away :p

@Joel22, Oh Whoops, i didnt even notice i had put natural cure. And i prefer Surf over Hydro Pump for both the accuracy and ability to hit both enemies. And i think i will switch to jolteon... @LightningFusion, Yeah, this isnt for a VGC just a local tournament hosted by kids at my school...
