Max Speed Timid Delphox with Scarf outspeeds Scarfed Genesect. Definitely OHKO's with Flamethrower. So could be a great lead against teams with Genesect. And yeah, as much as I love Delphox due to her design and typing, I have to admit it's not a good pokemon in the OU tier, a calm mind set...
