Well here is what i found. http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen7randombattle-500598700 in my battle against a random dude. In Turn 15 Enemy killed my Scizor with Heat Wave Right after He used Substitute. and it was my turn to send a pokemon out since he killed my Scizor but he "acted" again.
