  1. Defensive Coverage (OU RMT)

Bumpdate. Oh dear god this is the best iteration of my team I've done. I really really like this version. Does anyone have any other suggestions for changes before I build this in real life?
  2. Defensive Coverage (OU RMT)

The only issue with Swampert is giving him some reliable recovery. I could go with Rest and try to use Heal Bell support from Vapo?
  3. Defensive Coverage (OU RMT)

I've been testing Gliscor as a lead, but it doesn't seem to be going that well. Is there any lead that will attract something that Skarmory can counter easily as well as set up Stealth Rock? I'm not liking the Sandstorm on Hippo because of how it makes my Leftovers guys less effective.

The Fightning attacks were so I could use Blissey on the team for Stealth Rock and Aromatherapy. That allows me to run Surf on Vaporeon, but leaves me vulnerable with Snorlax and Blissey on the same team. I wanted to drop Snorlax for Starmie, which I am testing out right now.
  5. Defensive Coverage (OU RMT)

I've tried a few different teams with Blissey and Tentacruel instead of Snorlax or Hippo, but they didn't work out quite as well. Is there something that can take Fighting attacks well? I'd want to replace Hippo with Blissey as a lead. That would allow me to drop Heal Bell on Vapo for Surf, and...

Ape can Grass Knot for an OHKO... Against Aero, I almost always switch immediately to Snorlax or Rotom-H. I'm undecided as to which works better...I could always remedy this by switching to SE. Sound like a good idea?

Hah, Heatran is absolutely no threat to this team. I have never once had an issue with Heatran in the past 50 or so battles. In fact, the only time Heatran KO'd anything was when it Crit a Specs Fire Blast on Vapo. I will, however, drop Seed Bomb for EQ and Curse for Whirlwind. It's not so much...
  8. Defensive Coverage (OU RMT)

Unfortunately, the Niche Vaporeon fills in this team is too necessary to get rid of any moves here. Wish passing is essential to keeping my team healthy on the many switch-ins. Taunt Skarmo and Glisc gives me no trouble anyways. It's Taunt Gyara that's a bit of an issue. I can usually get around...

You're right, I was having slight issues with MixApe...thanks for the advice. I was reluctant to switch because of the power he brought with the scarf, but he snags most OHKOs anyways. I switch to TTar, and then to Rotom-H when it tries to explode. =P
  10. Defensive Coverage (OU RMT)

Alright, I'll be retiring this thread soon, so if anyone has anything else to say, speak up!
  11. Defensive Coverage (OU RMT)

Bump. Curselax rawks. He honestly fills a niche in my team like nothing else.
  12. Defensive Coverage (OU RMT)

Alright, I'm seeing two issues with the team. Overall, I'm doing extremely well, but I've been having issues with 2 things: speedy Taunters and teams with more than one Specs or LO Special Sweeper. TTar can take them on most of the time, but the Special weakness on my team is hard to deal with...

Big bumpdate. Rotom-H has no problem with Erectivire, and cripples him with Will-O-Wisp.
  14. Defensive Coverage (OU RMT)

Alright, I've dropped Swampert for Vaporeon and Togekiss for Gliscor. Everything is going pretty awesome, except I need to use something other than Skarm for a lead. Preferably something that can lay down rocks, and has a recovery move. The only real candidate for that is Hippowdon. What I think...

Defensive Pairing (OU RMT) While in my team building and pondering thoughts, someone suggested to me the "pairing" method of team building, which emphasizes two Pokemon that perfectly complement each other. Thinking along those line, I thought it might be a good idea to start with my favorites...
