    How about putting both T-Wave and DD on the BulkDos? Also T-Wave can cripple Physical Attackers like Salamence even more, than just with Intimidiate. DD makes Gyarados stronger and faster, T-Wave has the possibility of activating Motor Drive.

    Something like this... HP 40 Atk 110 def 40 Sp atk 110 sp def 20 speed 110 Defenses are low, but it can be a sort of Deoxys-A, enough for a mixed set but can be crippled easily

    Wobby uses Encore when you stat-up(eg Dragon Dance) keep on stat-upping til its maxed out, then attack then BAM, bye, bye Wobby. To destroy a FS Wobbuffet do the same thing, then attack, (remember to give the Pokemon a FS) then attack with a Priorty move(Weavile's a great Pokemon to do this)

    The only thing you can deuberize is Deoxys E, also Wobby may be eligble for deuberization, coz there is a good way to beat him
