An avid fanboy of Milotic, the tender pokemon ever since its debut in gen 3. It's been a staple of all my OU teams since gen 4 where I started competitive pokemon; in my view, it is definitely OU viable if you stick to its defensive set, since its defenses are what make Milotic pretty stellar in its own right. C'mon, the fact that it hasn't exactly crumbled in usage over 3-4 gens despite its moveset remaining relatively unchanged shows how much of a beast it can be (surely, this is one way you can look at it)

Of course, it is very one-dimensional which explains why people shun it. I guess I can only hope that it gets a mega in the upcoming sun-and-moon!
