Mega Gyarados is a solid option due to Mold Breaker.

Yeah the AI is good at being an idiot. I don't know how many FCs you have to choose from, but http://www.reddit.com/r/friendsafari is a good place to just add a ton of people and see what their AI team is.

Agreed. The trick then is predicting who exactly is going to be attacked by your opponent and using Fake Out appropriately.
