You might want to think about adding 36 EVs in attack to 2HKO Blissey and Chansey in the rain with Waterfall on the Offensive Rain Dance. I use 40 HP / 36 Atk / 204 SpA / 228 Spe. With the 40 HP in EVs I have the perfect number for Life Orb and Spikes or Stealth Rock.

I updated the Threat List for this team. I also changed Salamence ability to Intimidate. I'm still testing out Rotom-W.

That's a not a good idea. I have special attacks on Infernape, if I run Jolly my special attacks will be weakened. Plus Infernape outspeeds Thundurus-T. I need Infernape to get rid of Genesect as well.
