Dragon Darts only hits T-Tar in turn 3 instead of both. But it didn't say "Garchomp avoided the attack," aka Sand Veil. So I'm wondering if the software even gave it a chance to potentially hit Garchomp? https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen9vgc2023series1-1729866167

protect was not used consecutively by my side of the field, yet fails (turn 12, then another move turn 13, then protect again turn 14, failed). anyone understand this? me and my opponent discussed it after the battle, neither of us knew.

hello, first time post... I've seen people check other people's ratings in battle on showdown using some kind of chat command, but I don't know how they do it. can you explain how to do that?
