    How BP is handled in other gens is 100% irrelevant to this discussion. They're different games, with different pokemon and moves and mechanics and metagames. Celebi is Ubers in Gen 2 and you don't see people crying over an "inconsistent tiering policy" cause it's allowed in Gen 3. But anyway...
