i suggest you put volt switch on thundurus for scouting purpouses, i have a similar team, and since thundurus attracks ninetales and tyranitar you can volt switch to Dugtrio, works wonders for me.

Tyranitar and scizor are very common, so its not that situational, and most Tar and Scizors pack pursuit, glad i helped.

That tar is indeed effective, but the i would lose anything to damage ferrothorn if i ditch the special attacking set... maybe i should give magnezone a try with that moveset
