    Yes. Giving kartana only 19 attack IVs and a timid nature lowers kartana's attack to below its speed by one point. This means that when it kills an opposing pokemon, it beast boosts speed and is much harder to revenge kill at the cost of a good chunk of power. I actually updated the team for my suspect run with a more conventional kartana if you want it, right here - https://pokepast.es/04d9b4fe3258b7e7
