This post disregards the fact that a faster pokemon with Toxic or a Sleep move pretty much neuters Lugia. I'd hardly call it the best or most metagame-defining (an annoying phrase which has nothing to do with how good a mon actually is) pokemon in ubers. Don't get me started on Magic Bounce...

Why would you run Roost and Giga Drain on the same set? Giga Drain isn't really amazing on Volc for coverage IMO but as a momentum tool, to heal and attack in the same turn... It seems silly to run Giga Drain and Roost when you could get rid of one and have the extra coverage and power afforded...

These guys don't really care about "epic fail" movesets, as they both attain perfect coverage with two moves (boltbeam coverage for B and dragonfire for W), just like Reshiram and to a lesser extent Zekrom before them. Movepools don't matter when you smoke everything in the game with only two moves.

Comparing Kyurem-B/W to Kyurem and Reshiram/Zekrom is pretty revealing.
