You could have some mons with neutral -> SE but most neutral -> neutral (however this would be hard to code, so only use as a last resort). I like it! Also, gen gap is ideal.

If all Pokémon are broken, none are broken except the ones that are broken anyway.

Also, why doesn't Gen 1 Hackmons have level 0 - 255 (Glitchable in RBY, but IDK if it works in link battles)?
