Also, on another note, I think one of the reason you didn't get vote last time is that PP stalling is not a really fun strategy. I think you can agree that no one really likes to either go against or play that. Plus, its pretty much dead stopped by anything with taunt, a relatively common move, meaning it would probably no be very viable.
