I would agree with your statement about Venusaur, but I personally found whirlpool pretty useful, as it allowed me to trap sableye and remove it, allowing me to stack hazards, which is pressures stall, considering it's spikes and SR.

I would pun defog over pain split for rotom, and give kartana knock off. or psycho cut to abuse terrain . also, rotom doesn't exactly scare celesteela, as it takes at least 4 turns to kill, and steela has leech seed and protect, and can just switch out. other than that, cool team :)
