Ask simple questions here! [READ ORIGINAL POST before posting]

In this one battle I had in smogon doubles ubers, my opponent's kangaskhan just jumped into the center of the battlefield in the middle of a move (no, it wasn't U-turn or anything similar) and stood there until it was actually sent out. The video replay shows the glitch unless you skip turn 3...

Silly Things You've Seen In Other Metagames

For some reason every tier above OU gets that. Ubers, balanced hackmons, and hackmons are all subject to people occasionally bringing OU teams (some of which are like a UU team with 1 OU pokemon).

Wow, every time I think of a really good set I find out it's already been popularized by someone I've never heard of.

Silly Things You've Seen In Other Metagames

Way too many times in hackmons I've seen imposter leads go up against my level 2 wondertomb (back when it was my lead), see my moveset (protect/curse/pain split/magic coat), and go for pain split for some reason. And then they're confused as to why splitting their 714 hp with my 15 gives me way...

Other Silly Things You've Seen On The OU Ladder: V2

It does more than lure stuff. It gets MUCH better coverage than physical ttar, and besides there's like no accurate physical rock moves at all.

Ancientpower ttar isn't bad, provided that it is in fact a specially built ttar. This isn't speculation btw, I actually run it.

Silly Things You've Seen In Other Metagames

Unfortunately I don't have a replay for this (I uploaded the replay but it's out of time range), but when my friend (who I will not name because if I did this stuff I wouldn't want people to know) started hackmons and had a test battle against me as his first battle, it included some of the...

Other Silly Things You've Seen On The OU Ladder: V2

Funny, my friend recently got the first special defense drop off of shadow ball in his life...and it was on a malamar.

Please tell me your skarmory and/or vaporeon had an attacking move.

Other Silly Things You've Seen On The OU Ladder: V2

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/oususpecttest-126147568 One of the funniest bad plays I've seen in a while (turn 23 if you want to skip to it). Basically on turn 21 I switched into ttar thinking he'd sub and then die to the sandstorm. He doesn't, but then a couple turns later he subs and dies...

Other Silly Things You've Seen On The OU Ladder: V2

This probably isn't much (and may have already been said, I'm not going through all 204 pages to check it), but I once went up against a rhyperior with earth power. It didn't change much, since I predicted earthquake, U-turned with infernape into Yzard and OHKOed it with solarbeam all the same...

Baton Pass - its role in the metagame and possible solutions to nerf full Baton Pass chains

Noivern, mega pinsir, ditto, sableye, talonflame, landorus-T, anything with sing, anything with boomburst, any ghost type with curse, and (probably) anything with unaware are all viable counters to baton pass teams that don't need to be specifically added just to deal with baton passers. With...

Baton Pass - its role in the metagame and possible solutions to nerf full Baton Pass chains

I agree that baton pass teams are really linear and don't take much skill to do. Baton pass itself is not inherently broken though. Pursuit escaping and switch initiative are both inherently legit and competitive in themselves (among other bp tactics that aren't full-fledged bp teams)...
