I started playing Pokemon back in 2007 when I got the Diamond version for Christmas or my Birthday, can't really remember. I just know that I had asked for it because I loved watching the anime on TV. After that, it was love between me and the Pokemon games. Gotta buy them all!

I got PMD Red Rescue Team, Pokemon Ranger 1, Pokemon Rangers Tracks of Light, PMD Explorers of Darkness and Times, Pokemon Platinum version, Pokemon Soul Silver, Pokemon White and I played Pokemon White 2, Pokemon Fire Red, PMD Explorers of Sky and Pokemon Emerald on emulators. I tried out Citra to play the 3ds games since I don't have one and can't afford it but my laptop can't handle it. Sad life.

I started out Pokemon Strategy back in 2011. At the time, I was on a small french pokemon rpg forum(it's dead now *sad violin*) and some members were talking a lot about Pokemon Online(it still exist), which is basically Pokemon Showdown while not being Pokemon Showdown. Well, you get it. They were even organising tournaments and you could get rewards in the RPG part of the forum if you won. So, of course, I download PO and started making teams.

You must have guessed it, but in case you didn't, I sucked. Hard. Like every 10 years old kid, I thought that I'd just pick the pokemons I liked or legendaries and make it work. Spoiler: It didn't work. But it was okay, we're all beginners at some point, right? As time went by, I learned. I grew older and I became smarter. I asked for tips on the French chat(which was called "French Time"), I visited strategy websites and took notes on what my opponents used and what worked. And before I knew it, I was engrossed with strategy. I spent a lot of time playing and I don't regret it. It was a big part of my younger years as a middle school student and it was a lot of fun with the friends I made on the rpg forum and on Pokemon Online. I even hit the top 15 on the french chat(we were 800 players at the time) in 2012 with a Sun team I had made myself and won third place in a tournament on the rpg forum I talked about earlier.

And, well... Kept playing pokemon, kept playing strategy, and the rest is history. Now, I'm still playing and I'm here on Smogon with fellow Pokemon lovers and pokemon players. Hello!

Oh, and before I forget: Fuck Stall. Fuck you, Chansey. Fuck you.
