1st post! Regarding Sitrus Berry, 244 EV in HP with a 31 IV will yield 206 HP at Level 50 and 402 HP at Level 100. If you want to run the Speed listed in OP, 164 EV in HP with a 31 IV will yield 196 HP at level 50 and 382 HP at level 100.
