    It seems pokemons that don't breed have at least 3 IVs regardless of where they're caught. This includes baby pokemons and legendary pokemons. But this rule doesn't apply to baby pokemons hatched from eggs it seems.

    Just tested 2 Togepies, a Riolu, and a Tyrogue I caught in Friend Safari. All of them had 3 perfect IVs.

    Can someone help me on Salamence EV spread or training it in general? She's Naive, Moxie, has good Atk, S.Atk, Spe, knows Dragon Dance and Hydropump. Have no idea what to do with this baby.

    What about Shadow Sneak as a replacement for HP Ghost? It has 20 less power but can counter Mach Punch from things like Conkeldurr and much, much easier to get than HP Ghost.
