So I've been playing a bit with Honchkrow, and he has just been demolishing teams. I've been running a wallbreaker-sweeper setup of Machamp/Heracross/Honchkrow, with the double moxie allowing me to sweep out of nowhere at any time, and Machamp tears through unprepared teams anyway. I must say...

That is true, but I've found that Nidoking functions fine with SR, even if the loss of coverage does lower his chances of sweeping. Even with 3 offensive moves, he still is a dangerous offensive presence for the opponent, especially if they aren't sure what coverage moves he is running.

I actually never knew about this =/. Adds a point in Nidoking's favour, but Body Slam still has a good chance to 2HKO. Did not consider that, but it certainly does work. Actually, with this in mind, and the fact that you only have to hit one Focus Blast, Nidoking suddenly seems lot more...

I'm going to have to agree with this. I've been running Golurk in a few of my teams as a physical tank, and he does his job respectably, whilst also being a spinblocker and SR user. Indeed, he doesn't take hits or recover reliably like Gligar can, he doesn't hit quite as hard as Rhyperior or...
